DURING THE COURSE OF OUR WORKING TOGETHER, you may share personal, financial, and other confidential information with me. I will not disclose this information to anyone, nor will I use it to gain any kind of advantage in a transaction. During the process of selling your home, you'll be asked to sign all kinds of legal documents. I will explain all of them thoroughly and make sure you're comfortable every step of the way. You have every right to understand each document you're signing; I'll give you ample time to read through the paperwork (even the fine print) if needed. You should never feel rushed!
Communication Is Key
MY REAL ESTATE BUSINESS is built on the concept of putting your needs first. And, an important part of that means that when you have a question or need support, I'm there. When you choose to work with me, you can count on open and honest communication- in the frequency and medium (text, email, phone, etc) you prefer. Many realtors just "list and leave". You can expect me to discuss with you exactly what's going on as soon as I know it. Even after the closing stages, I'll be sure to keep in touch, and to make sure you're happy with the way things turned out.
